Yes I would call the hotel and see if they have a shuttle, Most do. Set it up and have them meet you there. I would have them pick you up 30 minutes after your train arrives. Most trains are a little late.
I suggest calling the hotel's concierge, especially if all are staying in the same hotel. Arrangements can be made.
