West Hollywood and cheap hotel are not synonymous. Everything is at a minimum of $125 a night with most boasting over $140 a night.

Go to Tripadvisor.com they have reports on hotels throughout the World by people who have stayed at them and they have prices for all locations. It's a really helpful site.
