There is a group of about 20 of us and we are in our mid 20's we are looking for a clean cheap hotel that is close to everything. We wil be there in aug.

This is LA. The clean hotels aren't cheap. If you're looking for some secret place that's cheap, clean, and safe, it doesn't exist.





I always recommend the Best Western Sunset Plaza if you want to stay in WeHo. If you want Hollywood, then stay at the Renaissance, or if that's too much, the Holiday Inn Walk of Fame.

I agree that best western would probably be good. I've stayed at Motel 6, which is the cheapest, and it was dirty and full of mosquitos both times I stayed there! My friend stayed at a different Motel 6 in LA and it had cockroaches! Disneyland and Universal are about an hour from West Hollywood.
